Hello! EAG hosts an on-Zoom Pilates class each Tuesday at 10:30am ET and Thursday at 2:30pm ET with instructor Marla Altberg. The Zoom link is the same each week. (If you are are prompted to enter a passcode, please use the one listed underneath the "Join Pilates Zoom Room" button below.)   • paper plate, frisbee or round top of a take out food container (large size, not the soup size!) or a washcloth (but washcloth will not work on a carpet or rug)
  • hand weights or soup cans
  • ball or balloon or roll of toilet paper
  • resistance band
  • water
