You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of, and located within, one of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia, at the time of entry. Void outside this geographic jurisdiction and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is void in Florida. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Holly Jolly Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/18/25 and ends at 8:30 a.m. ET on 12/10/25 ("Sweepstakes Period").

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.actorsguild.org/hollyjolly2025 and follow the instructions provided to enter. Attendees of Guild Hall events on November 18th, December 1, and December 8, 2025 will also be able to enter in person. There is no cost to enter, but donations will be accepted. Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)
To receive one free entry, email [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and the prize package you’d like your entry placed in. Limit one free entry per person. No donation or purchase required to enter or win. Donation entries and free entries are treated equally. A donation is not required to enter or win and does not increase the chances of winning. This is not a raffle. This Sweepstakes does not require consideration for entry.
Entry Is Free but you can make a suggested donation to help performers in need.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials or entrant's eligibility; (ii) to request additional information; and (iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes, Sponsor or Sponsor's advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Sponsor to satisfy the above requirement if asked by Sponsor to do so.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING: On 12/10/25 at 3:30 p.m. ET, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received both online and in person. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. There are 18 prize packages. One (1) potential winner will be selected for each prize package. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone call. Potential winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity within ten (10) days of date of notification or an alternate winner for the applicable prize may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Up to three attempts will be made to contact the potential winners within the ten-day period. If Sponsor is unable to contact potential winners or potential winners are not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize is not transferable and no substitution will be made except at the discretion of the sponsor. However, sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of comparable or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

When you register, we collect personally identifying information about you, including your name and email address. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Sponsor database and you will simultaneously be registered for Sponsor's e-mail list. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
