The Episcopal Actors' Guild 50/50 Raffle Rules
  1. Eligibility:
    • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
    • Employees of The Episcopal Actors' Guild and employees' immediate family members are not eligible to win.
  2. Raffle Details:
    • The raffle will be conducted on Monday, September 16th, 2024, at the end of the Annual Membership Meeting, which begins at 5pm ET.
    • The drawing will take place virtually via Zoom.
  3. Tickets:
    • Tickets are priced at $10 each or $25 for three (3).
    • Tickets may be purchased in advance or during the first 15 minutes of the event.
    • Each ticket purchase will be entered into a spinning wheel generator in a random order. Tickets entered into the wheel will be labeled as purchaser's first name and first initial of surname.
  4. Prize:
    • The total prize amount is 50% of the total raffle revenue.
    • The remaining 50% will go to The Episcopal Actors' Guild to support its charitable programs.
  5. Drawing:
    • The winning ticket will be drawn randomly from all sold tickets.
    • The winner does not need to be present to win.
    • The drawing will be performed by Jamie Soltis and supervised by Karen Lehman Foster to ensure fairness.
  6. Winner Notification:
    • The winner will be notified by email within two (2) days of the drawing.
    • If the winner does not respond within one (1) week, a new winner will be drawn.
  7. Prize Claim:
    • Prize must be claimed within one (1) month from the date of notification.
    • Valid identification and proof of ticket purchase are required to claim the prize.
  8. Liability:
    • The Episcopal Actors' Guild is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or for any errors in ticket purchase.
    • By participating, entrants agree to release The Episcopal Actors' Guild and its affiliates from any liability arising from the raffle.
  9. Miscellaneous:
    • The raffle is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
    • The Episcopal Actors' Guild reserves the right to modify the rules if necessary and will notify participants of any changes.
